Delivery Policy

Our own delivery service applies to existing/new customers in Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Mayo & Roscommon.  Just call or email to find our when our vehicle is in your area.

Orders under €65.00 will incur a charge of €5 nationwide

All orders over €65.00 will be delivered in Ireland free of charge (excl bulky items)

All common orders are under the above terms but there will be exceptions for specialised items such as office furniture and other bulky or special order items.  We will advise you of the delivery charge if applicable pending your location.

The majority of products ordered on this site will be delivered within 3 to 5 days

Pick Up

You can also order on line and take advantage of a Pick Up Service FOC.  Just call to our warehouse at Millrow, Donegal Town

Open an account

You can open an account with 1 month credit.  Get a decision back within 48 office hours.  Just email your company details and trade references to sales@donegalofficesupplies.com 

Return’s Policy

You may return all undamaged goods purchased at donegalofficesupplies.com within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods.  You will be liable for the return shipping cost if you no longer require the item however if we have made an error on your order, we will cover the cost.
All returns must be in their original packaging.
